ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR COMPLETED SERVICE.Accepted payment methods include:- Credit Card (with additional 3% processing fee)- Debit Card- Check- ACH (Automated Clearing House)Prices are subject to change with notice. All direct payment gateways used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Refer to the “MSA AGREEMENT” and “MSA STATEMENT QUOTE PRICING” documents for more billing details.
3. Service Scope and Limitations
Merchant Statement Analysis provides general estimates and savings comparisons based on the statements and documentation you provide. The analysis is intended for informational purposes only.DISCLAIMER: ALL SERVICE RESULTS ARE BASED ON AVERAGE RATES DERIVED FROM THE MERCHANT STATEMENTS SUBMITTED. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING COST SAVINGS, REVENUE OUTCOMES, OR SPECIFIC FUTURE PERFORMANCE.
4. Third-Party Services
Our website and Service may reference or incorporate third-party platforms, tools, or services, including but not limited to web hosting providers (e.g., Wix), payment processors, and communication tools. WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, MERCHANT STATEMENT ANALYSIS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST DATA, REVENUE, FINANCIAL LOSSES, CLAIMS, LIABILITY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MERCHANT STATEMENT ANALYSIS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICES, OR THE COST OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES TO YOU AGAIN.
