HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET STARTED?
It’s super fast and easy—remember, we do the work for you! Just email us a recent merchant statement along with your full contact details and any pricing guidelines you'd like us to follow. Once payment is received, we’ll get started on your quote right away.
WHAT TYPES OF MERCHANT STATEMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We work with most common formats, including PDF, scanned copies, or screenshots—as long as the details are clear and legible. If we need anything else to complete the analysis, we’ll let you know.
IS THE STATEMENT DATA I SEND SAFE AND CONFIDENTIAL?
At MSA, we prioritize the safety and confidentiality of all data you send to us. Our business complies with stringent data protection regulations to secure your information. We follow the industry best practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, breaches, and cyber threats. Additionally, our staff are trained on data privacy protocols to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. You can trust that any data you share with MSA will be handled with utmost care and security. The data is discarded after the quote is performed. We never compete with you.
WHAT PRICING MODELS DO YOU SUPPORT?
Typically, MSA converts all our quotes to Interchange-Plus as that is the most common pricing. However, if you request to keep them on the same pricing model, we will do that. We can also convert a quote to other models, such as Tiered, Flat Rate, and Cash Discount pricing. We also support Interchange optimization to reduce the merchant's fees for qualifying transactions such as Level 2 and Level 3 pricing, removing EIRF, and Standard downgrades. Additionally, we support American Express Opt-Blue pricing and can even convert check cards to PIN debit and vice versa. You just need to ask.
DO YOU CHECK FOR INTERCHANGE PADDING AND OTHER HIDDEN SURCHARGES?
Absolutely! This is what makes our service so valuable to you and your prospective customers. It's about transparency. Not only will our service help you reduce the cost of merchant processing, our findings will help you understand better what a merchant should be paying, and what they should not. This in turn helps you close the deal.
DO YOU REQUIRE MY AGENT/ISO COSTS?
MSA doesn’t need this information. However, if the merchant is already priced low or you want to know how much you’ll make, some pricing guidelines may be helpful. Rest assured, all the information you provide is kept strictly confidential.
HOW MANY QUOTES CAN I REQUEST?
You can request as many quotes as your plan or payment allows. Each quote is tailored, so the more accurate your input, the better the results.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES YOU OFFER?
While our primary focus is delivering high-quality statement proposals, we also offer a range of services to support your growth. These include residual calculations, assistance with boarding new merchants, and merchant account auditing. Feel free to reach out for more details—we’re happy to help!
DO YOU OFFER ANY BULK OR SUBSCRIPTION PRICING?
Yes, we offer a monthly Prepayment Plan, which is detailed on the Pricing page. This plan allows you to purchase services in advance for a discounted rate, ensuring you have access to multiple quotes throughout the month. Contact us to learn more and find the best option for your needs.
CAN YOU LOWER THE PRICE?
Is our service fee too high? Consider how much you’ll make in the first year once the deal is written. This should help you determine if our service is right for you. If you were to hire a part-time employee (working two days a week) to do this, you’d likely pay them $15/hour, which adds up to at least $960 per month ($15 x 64 hours). For the same amount, MSA can handle nearly 40 quotes for you! Don’t forget to factor in the time and additional costs of training, supervising, and covering taxes and benefits for an extra employee.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER PRICING CONSIDERATIONS?
We believe our Single Quote Price is very reasonable. However, in some cases, the type of statement we receive may require additional time and effort. If a statement is particularly lengthy or complex, we’ll let you know that it falls under our complex statement pricing structure. MSA will only proceed with the quote once we’ve agreed on the revised pricing.
CAN I REQUEST CHANGES AFTER RECEIVING THE QUOTE?
Yes! If you’d like the quote adjusted based on different pricing goals or structure, just let us know. We’re happy to make updates so the proposal meets your needs.
HOW DO I MAKE A SECURE PAYMENT?
Simply provide your card details by phone once, or use our online payment links. We utilize a secure payment gateway with advanced tokenization technology. Since MSA never stores your card number in line with PCI standards and doesn’t have direct access to sensitive data, your information is kept safe.
WHAT IF THE ANALYSIS ISN’T COMPETITIVE? DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?
We charge a non-refundable service fee to perform merchant statement savings proposals. However, if we identify that the merchant’s current pricing is already very low, we will notify you before completing the quote, giving you the option to proceed or not. In some cases, additional statements or information may be required to properly complete the analysis.
The good news is that, in most situations, we’re able to save the merchant a significant amount of money. Even if no savings are found, our services provide valuable insight into what the merchant is actually paying.

CAN MY PROCESSOR HANDLE THE ANALYSIS ON THEIR OWN?
Of course you can do that. However, there must be a reason that you are reading this. Many businesses would like to do a statement comparison for you, but there just isn’t enough time. There are emails to answer, phone calls to make, and many other issues that need to be handled in a typical work day. Your statements can get lost or your comparison just doesn’t get done on time and you lose the sale. We get it done quickly every time. In most cases you get your quote the same day but we ask you allow 24 hours from receipt of statements and any necessary details to play it safe.
DO YOU OFFER MERCHANT ACCOUNTS?
No. MSA is independent from credit card processors and therefore does not sell merchant accounts. You do not need to worry that we will try to sign up a merchant behind your back. Not only do we give you our word, we back it up with a mutually binding Non-Disclosure Agreement.
We want to maintain long-term relationships with our customers, and this would not be possible if we were dishonest. If you are still concerned, you can always redact the merchant’s name, address, and MID from the statement before sending it to us (we strongly recommend blocking out the MID to ensure merchant accounts are kept secure). If you ask any ISO who we have worked with, they will tell you that we have never contacted a merchant prospect they have sent to us.
