CAN I JUST HAVE MY PROCESSOR DO THE ANALYSIS?
Of course you can do that. However, there must be a reason that you are reading this. Many companies would like to do a statement comparison for you, but there just isn’t enough time. There are emails to answer, phone calls to make, and many other issues that need to be handled in a typical work day. Your statements can get lost or your comparison just doesn’t get done on time and you lose the sale. We get it done quickly every time.
DO YOU OFFER MERCHANT ACCOUNTS?
No. MSA does not set up merchant accounts and you do not need to worry that we will try to sign up a merchant behind your back. Not only do we give you our word, we back it up with a mutually binding Non-Disclosure Agreement.
We want to maintain long-term relationships with our customers and this would not be possible if were dishonest. If you are still concerned, you can always black out the merchant’s name and address and MID from the statement before sending it to us (we strongly recommend blocking out the MID to ensure merchant accounts are kept secure). If you ask any ISO who we have worked with, they will tell you that we have never contacted a merchant prospect they have sent to us.
DO YOU NEED MY AGENT/ISO COSTS?
MSA doesn't need this information. However, In the event the merchant is already priced low, or want to know how much you will make, you would need to provide more details to get the results you desire. Remember that all the information you provide is kept in strict confidence.
WHAT PRICING MODEL DO YOU FEATURE?
Typically, MSA will keep the same pricing model as appears on the merchant statement unless you indicate a preference. Our most popular pricing model is Interchange-Plus.
CAN YOU LOWER THE PRICE?
Is our service fee a lot of money? How much will you make in the first year once you write the deal? The answer to that question should help you determine if this service is for you. If you were to hire a part-time employee (2 days per week) to do this for you, you might pay them $10/hour. This would amount to no less than $640 per month ($10 x 64 hrs). You would be able to hire MSA to do 25 different quotes for the same amount of money! Also consider the time and additional money you spend training, supervising, and paying taxes and benefits for your additional employee.

MSA offers a highly valuable service and wants to make sure that anyone who does business with us feels the same way. We have been featured in The Greensheet and worked with many reputable companies. WHAT IF THE ANALYSIS IS NOT COMPETITIVE? DO I STILL PAY FOR IT?
We charge a non-refundable service fee to perform merchant statement savings proposals. However, in the event that MSA sees that the merchant's current pricing is really low, we will try to notify you before the quote is completed and you can decide if you would like it completed or not. In some situations, we will need additional statements or information to complete the analysis properly.
The good news is that in most cases, we can save the merchant a significant amount of money. At the very least, our services helps educate you concerning what a merchant is actually paying.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER SERVICES YOU OFFER?
Our focus is on providing excellent statement proposals. However, we also offer to break out residuals, review in-house accounts, or perform merchant account auditing. Please feel free to ask for more details.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER PRICING CONSIDERATIONS?
We believe that our standard quote price is quite reasonable. That being said, there are occasions where this is not feasible based on the type of statement we receive. In the event that the statement is simply too lengthy or too detailed, you will be notified that the pricing will fall under our complex statement pricing structure. MSA will only complete the quote after the price is agreed upon.
